The results of the “Best Business-Idea” competition announced at the Technical Council in Engels

In July the management of R&P POLYPLASTIC announced a competition to create a best business-idea. Any employee creating an original project to strengthen economic performance, achieve high distinction in science and improve office space, outside territory and other areas could take part in the contest.

R&P POLYPLASTIC is always following modern trends that is why we as a living entity are constantly seeking innovations. Employees from Moscow, Togliatti and Engels took part in the competition. Following the results of the competition it was the idea of Sergey Novichkov, an employee of  our Trade House (Moscow), that took the lead. His idea concerned the economic development of the sales department’s work.

 A sales-manager of our Trade House also took the second place. Konstantin Roshkov came up with the idea of implementing modern online-technologies to different areas of our company’s activities.

An engineer from Togliatti Vasiliy Koshevnikov took the third place with a sales system reform proposal.

Two consolation prizes were awarded to Galiya Fedulova and Nikolay Vershinin from the Togliatti production plant. 

The winners of the competition were awarded with cash prizes and all other participants were noted by a letter of appreciation from our top-management.
