R&P POLYPLASTIC took part in the “Chemistry” Exhibition

Compound producer R&P POLYPLASTIC met its customers and suppliers at one of the oldest Russian industrial exhibitions “Chemistry”. Each year the Exhibition brings together leading chemical enterprises. Last year more than 250 companies from 17 countries took part in the Exhibition.

The business agenda this year included a foresight session focusing on implementation of high-tech technologies into manufacturing processes known as “Industry 4.0” Program.  R&P POLYPLASTIC delegates actively contributed to the work of event. Over the last few years, the company has been working on technical upgrading of their production sites. Bar coding was implemented into production processes, which allowed to optimize logistics. The ERP system helped to automate planning of the whole line of added value.

In the near future, the company is planning to implement modern Internet instruments into their production unit.
