2019 – Q&RY at R&P POLYPLASTIC!

Research and Production Enterprise POLYPLASTIC is a customer-centric company. Customer satisfaction is the key element of our work. For this very reason, at the end of 2018 the Russian compounder carried out an independent marketing research “R&P POLYPLASTIC customer satisfaction score”.

More than 90 clients from the TOP-120 customer list participated in the survey. The respondents particularly noted high reputation of R&P POLYPLASTIC, responsiveness and friendliness of its employees, quality of provided services and high level of technical support.

According with the obtained results, the company will examine the needs of its clients and implement necessary changes into this year’s development plans. Additionally, R&P POLYPLASTIC has proclaimed 2019 a quality and reliability year.
