Research and production enterprise “POLYPLASTIC” initiates bankruptcy procedures against Automotive Components Ltd.

R&P POLYPLASTIC earlier reported about suspension of shipments to Automotive Components Ltd. Attempts to settle the arrears have failed whereas the previous agreements on debt repayment have not been followed. At the moment the amount due exceeds 100 million rubles.  

Therefore, top-management of R&P POLYPLASTIC was forced to take a hard decision and initiate bankruptcy procedures against Automotive Components Ltd. Official announcement has already been posted in the National Federal Register of legally valid data about the activities of entities, sole proprietors and other subjects of economic activities.
