R&P POLYPLASTIC warns about increasing cases of fraud by our unscrupulous competitors. Some time ago, our consumers started receiving offers from third parties for compound materials manufactured by R&P POLYPLASTIC. There is true and documented information about attempts to sell our brands under similar or concordant names.

We would like to inform you that using non-approved counterfeit materials for production of finished goods may lead to unforeseen and tragic consequences.

We remind that in accordance with clause 2.1 article 1358 of the Russian Civil Code use, sale and commercial proposal of counterfeit products is punishable by civil and administrative sanctions under the Civil Code article 1252 and Administrative Code article 7.2, which include ejectment and disposal of counterfeits.
