Tehnoter R&P POLYPLASTIC FOR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
R&P POLYPLASTIC produces a significant range of materials based on polyamide (PA6 and PA66), polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polypropylene (PP) for products and parts used in manufacturing of household appliances. These materials are used in production of tanks, boxes, dispensers, in loaded parts, heating devices, as well as assemblies directly in contact with electric conductive elements.
Armlen combines the simplicity of processing with a high mechanical strength and high resistance in various media including solutions of detergents, food acids, and alkalis.
Armamid and Technamid are used for the most highly loaded parts, such as gears, tension rollers, shafts, etc.
Technoter is conventionally used where it is required to maintain an excellent appearance under the influence of high temperatures. In addition to its excellent appearance, Technoter (compositions based on polybutylene terephthalate), compared to polyamides, is characterized by low moisture absorption and high electrical strength, as well as high dimensional stability.
Since 2004, the company has been actively working on import substitution. The successful implementation of the localization program in the production of household appliances resulted in international recognition in 2014. The company won the most prestigious European award in the field of composite materials and structures JEC Awards in the nomination "Consumer Goods" for reinforced thermoplastic composite for tanks of Indesit washing machines and got the status of the strategic supplier of the world's largest manufacturer of household appliances company Indesit.
