The court will consider R&P POLYPLASTIC’s file for bankruptcy of Zavod Autocomponent Ltd.

On May 21 press office of R&P POLYPLASTIC reported about acceptance by the Nizhniy Novgorod Arbitrary Court of the bankruptcy lawsuit against Automotive Components Ltd. Zavod Autocomponent Ltd. acted as a guarantor of the fulfillment of obligations under the supply agreement between R&P POLYPLASTIC and Automotive Components Ltd.

As a result of the fact that the payment obligations have not been fulfilled nor by the principle debtor (Automotive Components Ltd.) neither by the guarantor (Zavod Autocomponent Ltd.) R&P POLYPLASTIC was forced to file a bankruptcy lawsuit against Zavod Autocomponent Ltd.

The first court session for verification of the validity of the lawsuit is scheduled for July 1.
