R&P POLYPLASTIC announced 2017 best employees

As this year comes to an end and new year begins top-management of R&P POLYPLASTIC has announced the names of best employees of our production sites. Alexander Silantiev (deputy technology shop supervisor, Engels) and Fedor Malafeev (chief mechanician, granulation of plastic materials, Togliatti). They were honored the “Best employee” nomination for their dedication, high responsibility and creativity. Furthermore, they showed themselves as talented teachers and mentors providing assistance to younger colleagues.  

Managers of R&P POLYPLASTIC regional sites noted that Fedor Malafeev and Alexander Silantiev always came to their fellow workers’ assistance and overworked numerous times.

December 22, 2017 they were invited to the Moscow headquarters to meet with top-management of the company and find out more about the Research and Development Centre and Trade House Polyplastic. The informal part of the occasion started in the evening when our honored guests and employees of R&P POLYPLASTIC Moscow offices were invited to a gala dinner. On January 4, 2018 our award winners and their families will visit Moscow where they are invited to Moskvarium and the Kremlin Christmas festival.
